Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending all product returns.

“Because of new concerns over sanitation and sterilization no returns are accepted and all sales are final.”

SHIPPING POLICIES ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  Currently, will ship to international addresses with additional international shipping cost – For U.S. orders and shipping with, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States.  Additionally, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.  Select items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) will incur additional shipping/handling cost and are shipped UPS Ground only.   Some over-sized and/or overweight items (150 pounds or more will incur an additional fee and are shipped UPS Freight.


Because of the Corona Virus slowdown Orders Processing plus Shipping time may be 7 to 14 days.


Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosol items, alcohol-based products, items that contain contents under pressure and others (e.g. brush cleaner, hairspray, nail polish).   Items containing flammable chemicals are required to be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via Air.  All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additional HAZMAT charges will apply for special shipping of all Hazardous Materials.
